To deliver goods to your door by courier. Details and dates will be notified by email after the goods ordered.

Return of goods.


In case you ordered goods that do not fit, we will gladly exchange it for another size or goods. The return period is 14 days counted from the day of the delivery of your order.


1. Return process– send the goods back, we will refund you and then you can place the new order.

Your balance for the returned goods will be refunded within 14 days from receipt of the goods to the warehouse.


Fill in the Withdrawal form (included in the package) and send it with the goods to the following address: RAK s.r.o., Kpt.Jaroša 24, 95701 Bánovce nad Bebravou, Slovensko.


2. You can exchange the goods for another size or model.

You can always exchange the goods in the total price for goods of the same, lower, or higher price than the purchase price of the original goods. In case of a higher price of the goods, you are obliged to pay the price difference, in case of a smaller price you will be refunded the price difference.


3. The shipping costs for the exchanged goods are paid by the customer (a new order is placed)



Goods must be returned unused, in the original condition, with original packaging and always with the filled-in form. Keep the proof of the returned goods (e.g. a certificate of posting) as long as we confirm the receipt of the goods.


Unless the return of the goods is due to the seller’s fault, the return costs are paid by the customer.
