These traditional ribbed stockings are made of 100 % cotton. Being free of any chemical additives (like lycra, polyester, elastane) makes them suitable for a healthy lifestyle. They look bigger in size than elastane stockings, so we advise to measure your child from groin to heel and pick the

corresponding

size from the table. Suitable for sensitive skin (eczema, allergies) and increased sweating.

How to measure the size of the little foot?

1. Place the child on a piece of paper and trace the foot

Use a thin pencil to make the tracing as accurate as possible. Hold the pencil/pen vertically.

2. Measure the length of the traced foot from the longest toe to the heel

Measure along the edge, as shown in the picture. Not diagonally across the foot.

3. Based on the measured centimeters, find the required size in the table

Do not add any extra centimeters to the measured length. Our sizes in the table already include the necessary allowance.

Can I exchange the wrong size?

Of course. Unworn and undamaged shoes can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Simply fill in a short form and send the shoes back to us via Packeta. You’ll use the code you receive by e-mail for the exchange. As soon as we see in the system that you’ve handed over the shoes, we’ll send you the new ones (if in stock). If we need to make them for you, we’ll dispatch them within 5 working days from the exchange request.

When will I receive the goods?

We make the shoes to order. It takes a little while to sew them, but we’ll send them to you within 10 days. If you selected from our stock, we’ll dispatch them within 3 working days.

Did you choose the correct size?

Before you confirm the order, please make sure you measured the foot length of your child correctly. In case of a wrong size selection and consequent shoe exchange we will need to produce a new pair. The video “How to choose the correct shoe size?” is available here.
